1. Program Enrolment

Admission to any course or program is subject to eligibility, seat availability, verification of information, and payment confirmation.

2. Fees & Payment Policy

All fees must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated by NSC.

No-Refund Policy

Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, discontinuation, non-attendance, or change of personal plans.

3. Course Delivery

NSC reserves the right to modify curriculum, schedules, faculty, batch timings, delivery mode, or program structure in the best interest of students and the institution.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, content, training modules, software, projects, branding, and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of NSC and may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written consent.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behaviour, discipline, and respect towards faculty, staff, and fellow learners. Misconduct, misuse, harassment, illegal activity, or damage to NSC’s reputation may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Attendance & Certification

Certificates are issued subject to successful completion of assignments/projects, fulfillment of academic standards, and minimum 80% attendance. If standards are not met, the 11-month duration may be extended and the learner may be required to complete missed modules in a subsequent batch, subject to availability and approval.

7. Placement, Career Support & In-House Deployment

NSC provides career guidance, mentorship, and placement assistance; however, external placement is not guaranteed and depends on student performance, attendance, skills, and market conditions. Students will receive opportunities for in-house project deployment across NSC’s internal ventures.

8. Liability

NSC strives for high-quality delivery but does not guarantee that all platforms, systems, or services will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues. NSC shall not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to access its platforms or programs.

9. Indemnification

By using NSC’s website, services, or programs, you agree to be responsible for your actions and protect NSC, its management, employees, faculty, affiliates, and associated entities against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from breach of terms, misuse of resources, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

NSC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any student or user who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in misconduct.

11. Amendments to Terms

NSC reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Continued use of the website, services, or programs shall be deemed acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
